I kind of miss dressing up to go places... BUT...

I kind of miss dressing up to go places...
BUT... I’m grateful to work from home too.
I’m sad for my little that he can’t play with others...
BUT...I’m grateful for technology so he can still talk it up with his friends.

Our new normal is as good or as bad as we decide.

Whenever I catch myself thinking of something negative...I think of a “balancing” positive as well.
Our littles are watching...
I want him to remember a momma who embraced change, adapted and made the best of all she could. 💗

Happy 354th day of Mayprilay.

“What a mess!” Today has me looking around at

“What a mess!” Today has me looking around at the disheveled pile of books on the family room table leftover from our new homeschooling normal ...our house is messier than normal...because we are all home.
Instead of looking to the “mess” as a negative thing ....at 48 I’m learning the mess is where the beauty lives.

The mess in my house is from people I love most living life as happy, healthy people.

When we cook, the mess we make often results in a fantastic meal that is loved and enjoyed by all who receive it.
The messy circumstances in our lives often build character, cause us to pause, pray, and reflect...we grow smarter and stronger as a result of the mess.
Maybe the mess is where we change for the better....our vulnerability stripped away...waiting for us to grow into who God wants us to be.
